The Sun heats water in rivers, lakes, and oceans. The water goes into the air and makes clouds. The clouds make rain and snow. Rain and snow fall onto the Earth and move into rivers, lakes and oceans. This is called the water cycle.
The air can have water vapor. It can have more or less water vapor. Water vapor in the air is called humidity.
