How Plants Grow

A plant can make a new plant.

A plant has seeds.

Wind blows seeds to the ground.

Animals can make seeds fall to the ground too!

The seed goes in the ground.

When it gets warm, and rains, the seeds grows!

The seed makes a sprout.

A sprout is a tiny plant.

The sprout pushes up to the sunlight.

The sprout pushes out of the soil.

The sprout grows roots, a stem, and leaves.

The sprout becomes a new plant.

This is called germination.
