The Sun gives us light and heat.  Light is made of tiny parts called particles.  Light makes waves.

White light is made of all of the colors of a rainbow!  When all of the colors are put together, the light looks white!

Red, blue, yellow, green and orange are colors!

Things can take things in.  This is called to absorb.  A sping takes in water.  This is to absorb.

When we drop a ball, it hits the ground and pops back up.  This is called to bounce off.  Light bounces off an object.

Light can bounce off things.  This is called to reflect.
