Camouflage

Some animals use camouflage.

What is camouflage?

A chameleon can change his.

This way he can hide.  He looks like the world around him.

This makes it harder for other animals to see him!

Some animals have fur, feathers or skin that acts as a camouflage.

A white bunny can hide in the snow.  It is hard to see the bunny because she looks like the snow.

Zebras have striped.  When they run it is hard for other animals to see them.  

Camouflage helps animals to survive!
