Weather is the changes in the air around us. Rain and snow are kinds of weather.
There are four seasons. The seasons are spring, summer, autumn, and winter!
The Sun heats water in rivers, lakes, and oceans. The water goes into the air and makes clouds. The clouds make rain and snow. Rain and snow fall onto the Earth and move into rivers, lakes and oceans. This is called the water cycle.
Tornadoes and hurricanes are kinds of weather. They can make big changes to things!
Wind is moving air. There can be a lot of wind or very little wind. We can measure wind!
The air can have water vapor. It can have more or less water vapor. Water vapor in the air is called humidity.
Big pieces of air can move in the atmosphere and make weather changes!.
We can measure weather. There are special instruments to measure weather.
